I always have a hand full of half filled disposable cameras in my closet. I'm a memory hoarder, plain and simple. I'm obnoxious to travel with when it comes to taking pictures because I have to switch off between my DSLR, polaroid, snapchat, and disposable camera.
Disposables are so much fun though because it takes me so long to get them developed, that by the time I actually do, it's a complete surprise!
I took three cameras in last week and just barely got the film back and you guyyyyys. MY HEART!!! So many memories scattered from the last year of my life, and I love it all. Here's some of my favorites:
june 2017 // a perfect day in LA. We wandered around the trading post, stopped at every pretty flower bush we came across, and emptied our wallets on an organic instagram worthy brunch. We agreed that taco bell would have been a better choice.
Coachella day 3 2017 // Tristen drove all the way to Indio, California from Utah on the last day of the festival, snuck in, and made it JUST IN TIME for Kendrick. One of the best nights of my life.
summer 2017 // we listened to tyga the whole drive up the canyon, and played in the wildflowers until the sun set.
things i'll miss someday: walking down stairs and hearing danny play the guitar, or the piano, or whatever instrument he's picked up for the day.

panorama festival NYC // our outfits coordinated so well.. im so... proud
kate was my roommate and very best friend. our summer was spent going to the gas station in the middle of the night, ordering pizza and watching youtube videos on the weekends, and driving around utah county for hours trying to find a breakfast place that's open on Sundays. Those were the things I missed the most when she moved out. On friday she called me at 8 am and said "wanna go get breakfast?" and it was music to my ears. let's do breakfast forever and ever.
this was last week after breakfast when tristen looked at my outfit and said "you're leveling up faster than me and it's stressing me out"
summer 2017 // this was such a good night. any summer night spent in utah's mountains will be a good night though. promise. money back guarantee.
July 31st 2017 // the day i'll ask god to relive
Coachella day 1 2017 // I had just landed in LA from a three week international trip. Xoe and Xanthe texted me saying "do you want to come to coachella?" and I just don't think you can ever say no to that kind of question.
Iceland, April 2017 // we had just landed in Iceland only an hour before. We got to our van, ready to head off on a week long trip driving the entire country, when I spotted a skate park behind a gas station. the language barrier was heavy, but SHREDDING IS UNIVERSAL!
March 2018 // we went bowling and danced inappropriately anytime we got a gutter ball.
I don't think I've ever laughed harder than I did this night. it was pure bliss. It was one of those nights that we had tears streaming down our faces, and were constantly gasping for breath. It would be quiet for seven seconds, until one of us made eye contact with the other and burst into screaming laughter again. you get lost in these types of moments, but sometimes if you're lucky, you'll catch yourself right in the middle of one and realize you're going to miss it. Luckily I had my disposable with me and I captured it at the perfect moment, which is now frozen in time. MEMORIES. They take you home.
